Terms of Trade
Claims for damaged or loss of goods in transit should be made to the appropriate carrier. We will of course assist. Claims for damages, shortages or incorrect goods must be made within seven days of receipt.
Return of incorrectly despatched goods must be made within one week of invoice/despatch date in order to qualify for a credit.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Under no circumstances is Weleda Pharmacy Ltd liable for any claim, action, demand, suit, loss, legal fee or other cost or expense of any kind whether directly or indirectly arisen from the use/inability to use any goods or services supplied by Weleda Pharmacy Ltd.
Pursuant to section 43 of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, that Act will not apply where the customer acquires or holds itself out as acquiring the goods and services for the purpose of business. Except to the extent that the Consumers Guarantee Act does apply, no warranties are given by Weleda Pharmacy Ltd in respect of goods and services supplied whether in respect of quality, fitness for intended purpose, or otherwise and all warranties implied by law are expressly excluded.
Weleda Pharmacy Ltd may in its discretion accept goods returned in return for a credit and will not be bound to provide cash refund.
Weleda Pharmacy Ltd reserves the right to amend this contract to reflect variation in the Weleda Pharmacy Ltd’s contract Terms of Trade. Weleda Pharmacy Ltd will advise the customers of those variations or any new contract Terms of Trade by email to the customers email address in Weleda Pharmacy Ltd’s records. Any further orders placed by the customer for services or goods after receipt of the notice from Weleda Pharmacy Ltd will constitute acceptance of the new contract Terms of Trade.
